Jurors Shown Forensic Files in Day 4 of Starr Co. Murder Trial
EDINBURG – Friday morning was an emotional for relatives of Chayse Olivarez.
The trial of Jose Luis Garcia, Jr., who is accused of killing Olivarez, continues on to its fourth day.
Pictures were shown of the suspected remains of Olivarez.
A forensic pathologist who did the autopsy determined the skull had two gunshot wounds to the head.
He believed that was the cause of death.
The trial will resume Tuesday because two jurors had scheduling conflicts.
