McAllen 3-1-1 Offers Residents Access to Customer Service Center
MCALLEN – A Rio Grande Valley city is upgrading its connection with residents.
The city of McAllen says now anyone who lives, works or visits the area can directly dial 3-1-1 from a mobile phone or land line.
Callers will be connected to the city’s customer service call center.
People will be able to make a complaint, ask a question or input a work order.
Last year, McAllen 3-1-1 received more than 120,000 calls for service.
Tasks can also be done through the McAllen 3-1-1 mobile app.
