ROMA – Customs and Border Protection are reporting the death of a migrant in their custody.

According to a press release, a 33-year-old man was part of a group of migrants taken into custody in Roma just after 12 p.m. Sunday.

Shortly after he was detained, the man suffered from an apparent seizure.

He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

This is the sixth death of a migrant in Border Patrol custody since December.
