Mission Police: Man Turns Himself in Following Fatal Hit and Run

UPDATE (7/29): Mission Police tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS a 22-year-old man has turned himself. He faces charges of accident involving injury or death. 

A 23-year-old is also in police custody; she will be charged with fail to report felony with serious bodily injury to death.

Both are expected to be arraigned later today.

MISSION- Investigators with the Mission Police Department are looking for the driver involved in a fatal hit and run. 

It happened around 3 a.m. Saturday morning at the 900 block of west Expressway in Mission. 

The victim is identified as 22-year-old Jesus Zamudio Díaz. 

Police are looking for a dark gray or charcoal in color vehicle, possibly a mustang.

Investigators say the vehicle should have front right damage and a passenger side mirror missing.
