WESLACO - Winners in Tuesday's Regional Quarter-Finals matches earned slots in the sweet 16 of the UIL State Soccer tournaments this weekend.  What started as 15 Valley entries was quickly reduced to a special set of survivors.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has the highlights.
