PALMVIEW – Police in Palmview are searching for a person of interest connected to a fatal shooting.

On Sunday at approximately 9:57 p.m, police were call out to the 100 block of South Minnesota Road on a report of a male with a gunshot wound.

Upon their arrival, officers didn’t find a wounded male. They learned someone had personally transported the victim to a hospital and later died.

Police are searching for 44-year-old Francisco Antonio Griego as a person of interest.
