Health officials across the Valley are urging people to celebrate the Christmas holiday safety.

Trauma Medical Director for DHR Health in Edinburg, Dr. Jeffrey Skubic said he hopes people continue following the COVID-19 safety precautions, especially during the holiday. 

"It affects us a lot as hospital workers because our emergency departments are overloaded," Dr. Skubic said.
