ELSA – Authorities have arrested two of the three suspects wanted in connection to a string of robberies in Hidalgo County.

Cruz Angel Escobar and Leonel Bernardo Escobar were arrested by Elsa police. Officials are still searching for Johnny Lopez.

The trio allegedly targeted four convenience stores in the county. During one incident, a clerk was hit in the face with a fire extinguisher.
