PHARR – Construction on a portion of a new toll road is in the works in Palmview.

The 365 Toll Road is the next phase on the 102-mile stretch of the Hidalgo County Loop project. The project has been in the works since 2008.

In the next three months, motorists can expect construction from the Pharr Port of Entry, moving west.

The $2 billion project is expected to be completed in 2030.

KRGV’s Taylor Winkel reached out to the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority to learn more about this project.
