EDINBURG – The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting in Edinburg.

It happened near Richardson and Kenyon roads.

Sheriff Eddie Guerra confirmed the shots came from the police department gun range.

Authorities told CHANNEL 5 NEWS they had immediately shut down the range to investigate.
