MCALLEN – The federal agency, OSHA, is now investigating a deadly accident at a McAllen construction site.

A police report indicates a 24-year-old man died last week after a fall from a forklift.

The report says Adonlis Soriano was cleaning a wall when the accident happened.

The construction crew reportedly worked for a subcontractor.
