HARLINGEN – State authorities are working to identify a man who stole a gun last week from the Bass Pro Shop in Harlingen.

A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives spokesperson said they are working to track down the man, although the firearm was recovered this past weekend.

The ATF said the man might be driving a Nissan X-Terra or similar vehicle.
