Suspect Charged in Rio Grande City Teen's Murder Released on Bond
One of the suspects charged in the death of Chayse Olivarez bonded out of jail Saturday morning.
17-year-old Sebastian Torres is charged with murder and tampering with evidence.
His bond was set at $150,000.
As a condition to his release, Torres must wear an ankle monitor.
He's set to go to trial in February.
