WESLACO – Toyota is recalling over a million of its hybrid vehicles worldwide due to a potential fire risk.

The automaker said the safety recall covers its Prius, Prius Plug-In, Hybrid and C-HR SUV models.

The problem involves wire harnesses that connect to the car’s power control units.
