McAllen - The trial for a Valley doctor accused of health care fraud was delayed for a second time.

Dr. Jorge Zamora-Quezada was scheduled for trial on Monday.

The trial date was pushed back to December 4th.

Zamora-Quezada is accused of misdiagnosing patients for profit.

His wife, Meisy, also stands accused in the case.

She allegedly helped her husband carry out the crimes.
