ELSA – Elsa city leaders announced they will be cutting off water service Friday night for repairs.

Elsa Public Works director Pete Rivera said the water service will be shut off to all residents at about 11 p.m.

Rivera said crews will be replacing some main water lines for about four hours. He said residents should take proper precautions.

Water service is expected to be back by 3 a.m.
