MISSION – A nonprofit group called "We Build The Wall" is leaving a lawsuit.

Federal officials sued the group and the companies building a private border wall near Mission.

Lawyers say the nonprofit left the lawsuit because they were a minor partner in the project; a federal judge agreed.

The government is suing to stop construction until the International Boundary and Water Commission makes sure the wall won’t violate a 30-year-old treaty with Mexico.
