The city of Weslaco is dealing with three water line breaks affecting multiple areas across the city, according to two social media statements issued on Wednesday.

One break is in the area of North Cross Avenue and North Texas Boulevard. Two more breaks are in the areas of Vo-Tech Drive and Joe Stephens Avenue and Narcissus Street and Airport Drive.

Residents and businesses near the affected areas may experience low water pressure or a temporary interruption in water service while repairs are underway, the city said.

Crews are working to fix all three breaks as quickly as possible. 

"We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate our community’s patience and understanding as crews work to address these issues," the city said.
