Five men arrested in McAllen prostitution sting, police say

Five men were arrested on prostitution charges as part of a week-long law enforcement initiative, according to the McAllen Police Department.
The men were arrested on solicitation of prostitution charges between Aug. 26 and Sept. 2.
The men were identified as:
- Jonathan Cortina, 21, of McAllen
- Julio Cesar Deleon, 44, of Mission
- Jose Aldo Galvan, 25, of Pharr
- Ramiro De La Cruz, 53, of Harlingen
- Joshua Somar Ramos, 23, of Mission
Bonds for all five men ranged from $3,000 to $5,000.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may follow, police added.
