ROMA – A wanted drug smuggler was caught near the Roma border.

Andres Martinez-Granado was one of the most wanted criminals.

According to a press release, he is a drug smuggler known for his aggressive and dangerous driving tactics in evading law enforcement.

He faced a judge Thursday on illegal entry charges; he will be sent to Starr County to face charges on outstanding warrant.
