EDINBURG – An Edinburg business and its owners are being ordered to pay millions in unpaid taxes.

A federal court in McAllen is demanding Idalia Padron and Nino’s Home Care Inc. to file the business’s federal employment and unemployment tax return in full.

The court said Nino’s Home Care has more than $2.7 million in unpaid employment taxes.

A federal complaint shows the home health care service provider did not pay employment taxes between 2005 and 2016.
