McAllen police search for suspect who allegedly grabbed female jogger at hike and bike trail
The McAllen Police Department is searching for a suspect in connection with an indecent assault investigation.
According to a news release, officers responded to the Bicentennial Hike and Bike Trail, located on the 6500 block of Bicentennial Boulevard. A female jogger reported an unknown man approached her from behind and grabbed her. The suspect then fled the area.
Surveillance images showed a man with a light complexion, approximately 5'05" in height and weighing around 150 pounds, running from the area, according to the news release.
The suspect is described as having medium-length dark hair, wearing a red or maroon shirt, dark shorts, and dark-colored shoes.
