Man charged in Alamo crash stopped, then left the scene before police arrival, lieutenant says
The man accused in the Alamo crash that hospitalized six people did stop at the scene but left before police arrived, according to Alamo Police Department Lt. Eduardo Garza.
Jose Fidencio Luna Ramirez was later arrested in the city of Hidalgo. He was charged with two counts of collision involving serious bodily injury and four counts of collision involving injury.
Garza said Ramirez was not charged with failure to render aid because it already falls under the charge of collision involving injury.
