Feds Catch Migrant Posing as Father of Baby
HIDALGO - Federal agents say there has been another claim from a migrant posing as the father of a baby.
The 51-year-old man claimed the baby was his son and gave agents his birth certificate.
Authorities say the birth certificate was fake and the man eventually confessed he made up the story.
The baby is now in the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services.
