Former Santa Rosa Coaches Indicted for Improper Relationships
SANTA ROSA - Two former Santa Rosa Independent School District coaches have been indicted.
Josue Cepeda indicted on one count of improper relationship and six counts of sexual assault.
Isaac Flores indicted on one count of improper relationship and four counts of delivery of a controlled substance or marijuana.
The investigation is ongoing; more arrests are possible.
