WESLACO – Recovery efforts are underway after record-breaking rainfall across the Rio Grande Valley.

It has health officials issuing a warning about cleaning up during high temperatures.

First Warn 5 Meteorologist Cecilia Gutierrez spoke to some residents who say the heat is causing more problems.
