RIO GRANDE VALLEY- To address the needs of valley flood victims, the Red Cross is calling in volunteers from out-of-state.

They're in need of people who are familiar with case management.

Volunteers are coming to the RGV from states like Florida, Colorado, Ohio and California.

The case managers are helping victims with long-term care.

A Red Cross spokesperson says volunteers are expected to head out to California to help with recent earthquakes as soon as they're done here.
