RIO GRANDE CITY - Starr County district attorney, Omar Escobar, confirms a Starr County juvenile probation officer was arrested.

Rey Alanez is charged with two counts of tampering with government documents.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS is told that it is related to fraudulently obtaining vehicle titles.

Two other people have been arrested.
