EDINBURG – The trial of the codefendant in the Chayse Olivarez murder is being pushed back.

Sebastian Torres is facing capital murder and tampering with evidence charges.

His trial was scheduled to begin Tuesday, but both the defense and prosecution are having a hard time getting a hold of people to testify in trial.

The trial is now set for Dec. 3.
