Willacy County reports 14 new cases of COVID-19, 1 backlogged case

Willacy County on Monday reported that 14 more people have tested positive for COVID-19—and one person had previously tested positive for the virus.

According to the news release, the county reported one backlogged case and 14 new cases on Sunday.

Willacy County released the information on Monday.

Since the pandemic began, the county has reported 2,164 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
