Man Rescued from Submerged Car in Cameron County
CAMERON COUNTY- Officials with the Brownsville Fire Department said Border Patrol agents received a call about a car sinking into the waters at Boca Chica Beach.
The incident happened around 5:00 Sunday morning.
Brownsville Fire crews were able to rescue a 70-year old man from the submerged car.
He was transported to a nearby hospital.
His condition is unknown at this time.
The Cameron County Sheriff's Office is investigating.
