An Edinburg man says he signed a contract and paid thousands of dollars for a swimming pool for his mother.

He tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS construction started in August, but has since come to a halt.

CHANNEL 5's Angelo Vargas went to the company's owner to find answers for the family.
