Hidalgo Co. Pct. 1 Initiates Drainage Improvement Project in Progreso

PROGRESO – Hidalgo County Precinct 1 broke ground on a drainage improvement project on Gonzalez Road in the city of Progreso, Wednesday morning.

It’s an effort to improve drainage and roadways in the area.
