EDINBURG –   A new attorney is representing the U.S. government in the case against a former Hidalgo County judge.

Court documents show the change was made Tuesday in the Houston federal courthouse.

The attorney representing the federal government is Arthur Jones.

In the meantime, former judge Rudy Delgado is seeking a change of venue in his case.
