September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and a local organization is helping raise funds for research through fun workouts.

Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance is hosting the Ovarian Cycle RGV fundraiser. Event organizer Marlynn Olivarez spoke with Channel 5 News' Sarah Cervera about the fundraiser.

During the cycling event, participants will be able to choose from three indoor cycling classes beginning at 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m. or 11 a.m.

The registration fee is $50 and students can receive a student discount.
