EDINBURG – A retired Cameron County judge will continue to oversee cases for the 93rd District Court of Hidalgo County.

Presiding Judge Rudy Delgado was suspended Thursday.

On Friday, the 5th Administrative Judicial Region decided Judge Robert Garza will stay in the court for another week.
