Water Fountains in McAllen's Oval Park Up and Running
MCALLEN – The water fountains at Oval Park, located outside the McAllen Convention Center, are flowing again.
The pond was drained for the first time in early April.
City workers removed mud to avoid clogged pumps.
The area was re-opened Friday.
