EDINBURG – A Rio Grande Valley woman says she’s been dealing with a leaky roof for close to two months.

In early April, she called a local contractor to install a metal roof to solve the problem.

She says after he collected a down payment and started some work, he never returned.

KRGV’s Frank McCaffrey talked to the contractor.
