Authorities Searching for Man Allegedly Associated with Gulf Cartel
MISSION – Agents are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a Mission man believed to be associated with the Gulf Cartel.
The FBI is offering $25,000 for information on Juan Alberto Mendez.
Mendez is accused of racketeering crimes including attempted murder, murder, kidnapping resulting in death, possession and distribution of heroin, cocaine and marijuana.
Assistant special agent in charge Stephen Kam explains his alleged crimes occurred between 2015 and 2018 in Indiana and Texas.
