Border Patrol Agent Assaulted in Roma, Suspect Charged
ROMA – A fight along the border left a federal agent injured and a suspect behind bars.
A group of immigrants surrendered in Roma earlier this week; a number of them fled.
An agent went after and found Jose Bueso hiding in an abandoned house.
Court documents allege Bueso struck, elbowed and punched the agent in the chest, neck and head.
