District Judge Pleads Not Guilty to Federal Charges

MCALLEN – Federal documents filed Monday reveal Judge Rudy Delgado pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Documents show he waived his right to appear at his arraignment.
Delgado is charged with six counts; three for bribery and three for violating the Travel Act.
Last week, the judge was suspended without pay from the Hidalgo County 93rd Judicial District Court.
