Voter Fraud Trial Date Set for Edinburg Mayor

EDINBURG – Edinburg Mayor Richard Molina appeared in court Wednesday for a status hearing.

A visiting judge set a trial date for the mayor, his wife, Dalia, and Julio Carranza for March 9, 2020.

A continuance was granted last week for the three parties.

All three people were indicted on voter fraud charges connected to the 2017 city election.
