Women's Seminar to be Held for Female Veterans in Weslaco

WESLACO – A Rio Grande Valley veteran says females who have served their country are becoming more prevalent than ever before.
Nancy Bazan suffered an injury in the service; now, she's adjusting to life outside of the military.
Bazan plans to attend a women's seminar for veterans later this week in Weslaco to network with others in her situation.
She says these types of events help her and other Valley female veterans who've served.
The seminars will be hosted by Tropical Texas Behavioral Health at the Weslaco Conference Center on 2215 West Business 83.
They'll take place on the following dates and times:
Friday, Sept. 27: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 28: 10 a.m. – 3p.m.
