DPS Releases New Driver’s Handbook
WESLACO – The Department of Public Safety released a new driver’s handbook that includes changes to state laws due to new legislation.
The 92-page handbook includes information on texting while driving and several other clarifications passed during the 85th legislative session.
The handbook also includes what to do and expect when you’re pulled over by police.
