The Edcouch Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating a missing woman.

Police said Adela Davila was last seen at 900 West Adkins Avenue and she was wearing black clothing. Davila has a medical condition that may cause her to become disoriented or confused.

Residents and businesses in the area are asked to check any surveillance camera footage from Friday, Aug. 7, through Saturday, Aug. 8, for any possible sightings of Davila.

Police said potentially helpful surveillance footage should be emailed to cfuentes@cityofedcouch.org.
