MCALLEN – It’s a classic movie and now it’s come in an escape room version to the Rio Grande Valley.

At FRIO! McAllen, the Christmas Story Escape is a game based on the famous 1983 holiday film.

The three chamber escape room comes with twists, turns and clues behind unlikely places.

People are tasked to work together to get through the game to get Ralphie that “a major award” – no sorry, not the leg lamp – the Red Ryder BB gun in time of Christmas.
