Harlingen Launches City Mobile App
HARLINGEN – The city of Harlingen is making it easier for residents to ask for services and file complaints by way of a free mobile application.
Officials say all they have to do is search “Harlingen, TX” to find it and download it.
Management Information Systems Director Sergio Mujica says the app will make sure requests are addressed within 72 hours.
He adds the city wants to keep up with other cities such as Brownsville, McAllen and Weslaco, which already offer this type of service.
