HARLINGEN - Police are looking for a man accused of running over a woman's ankle. 
     
Authorities say Michael Eric Ramirez was behind the wheel of the victim's car Saturday when an argument led to the incident. Ramirez fled the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital.
