WESLACO - A tax reform law enacted in 2018 lowered tax rates for most people.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) sent out a warning that not everyone will pay less.

The IRS says the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act nearly doubled the standard deduction, and limited or discontinued others.

They recommend you review your 1040 form to make a quarterly estimated payment.
