EDINBURG – Twelve Democratic presidential candidates will take the stage Tuesday night in Ohio.

For some, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

A professor says the candidates are qualified because of their poll numbers and the amount of money they raised by unique donors.

He added the number of candidates is expected to drop by the end of the night.

Seven more debates will happen on through into April 2020.
